On arrival, light refreshments will be available. You then have serveral options:

• If you are just staying for a short while, mingle with the crowds and enjoy the event;
• If you have registered and paid in advance for the buffet and celebrity recital, go to the designated desk and collect your tickets. As you have paid in advance, your tickets will be held for you until collected.;
• If you have registered in advance but not yet paid, your tickets are being held for you but, in the case of the buffet, will be released for general sale if not collected by 4.00 pm (unless you tell us that you are coming late). Collect and pay for your tickets as soon as possible.
