Paul Hale shares with us his enthusiasm for the work of James Jepson Binns (Battleship Binns). Apart from being the source of much of the pipe-work here in Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church, Binns produced over 500 instruments, 150 of which are found in Yorkshire. However, down here in the South- East, despite there being nearly forty instruments by him, Binns doesn’t seem to get his fair share of attention. With this talk, Paul Hale hopes to contribute towards rectifying this situation. .
