Accompanying choirs and church congregations on the organ is one of the joys of my life. The ability to ‘lift’ the singing and bring people of all talents together is an unforgettable experience. Excellent sight-reading skills coupled with flexible and sensitive keyboard playing comes with experience of Church of England and Roman Catholic settings. I have served as organist in four parish churches, at Worth Abbey Benedictine Monastery and currently I am Director of Music at St Anne's Lutheran Church, St Mary-at-hill, City of London. Choral and carol concert accompaniment (Royal Albert Hall/RPO), cathedral services, organ recitals (Exeter and Westminster Cathedrals, France….) pepper a varied musical offering. I have enjoyed teaching music for 25 years, 13 of these as Director of Music in two London schools (4-18).
