Advertising space is being offered in the printed programme for the 2026 Organ Day and on Organists Online across a period of twelve months
from the beginning of February 2026 to the end of January 2027.
- The printed programme will be in full colour A4 format with a print run of 250 copies;
- The Organists Online ad will also be in full colour and viewed about 30,000 times each month.
- A full page programme ad = a full panel Organists Online ad (see HERE to see what the panels look like);
- A half page programme ad = a half panel Organists Online ad;
- A quarter page programme ad = a quarter panel Organists Online ad.
The programme ads appear, of course, in the printed programme issued on 31 January 2026.
Now it gets more complicated, so please read carefully.
Each Organists Online ad will appear twice in the course of the year.
If your ad is not time specific and you don't mind in which months it appears, the prices are:
- Full page/panel: £50;
- Half page/panel: £30;
- Quarter page/panel: £20.
If you want your ad placed during the months February - July OR Aug - Jan, the prices are:
- Full page/panel: £70;
- Half page/panel: £40;
- Quarter page/panel: £30.
If you want to specify exactly which two months your ad will appear, the prices are:
- Full page/panel: £100;
- Half page/panel: £70;
- Quarter page/panel: £50.
For a programme ad, you have the choice of:

designing it yourself and submitting it in PDF or JPG format. The sizes are:
- Full page:
18.5cm x 27cm - portrait aspect ratio;

Half page:
18.5cm x 13.0cm - landscape aspect ratio or
9.0cm x 27cm - portrait aspect ratio;

Quarter page:
9.0cm x 13.00cm - portrait aspect ratio.
- Letting us design it for you, based on any text and/or logos or artwork you send us.
For the Organists Online ad the design would be based on your programme ad but modifying is as necessary to fit within the contraints of a webpage.
