ORGANIST AND CHOIR DIRECTOR
Carshalton Methodist Church has always celebrated the place of music in worship. We are one of relatively few Methodist churches still to have a church choir that rehearses regularly and contributes to worship most Sunday mornings.
Applications are invited for the position of Organist and Choir Director at Carshalton Methodist Church, following the unexpected death of the post holder earlier this year. Following his 25 years of dedicated service, we are now seeking to continue his focus on upholding the role of music in our church life.
Our three-manual pipe organ is a particularly fine asset. For more details, please visit the National Pipe Organ Register.
One recent visiting organist said, ‘You are blessed to have such a fine pipe organ – I really enjoyed playing it.’
