English Martyrs Catholic Church, Chard is a small parish with a voluntary choir. We are exploring the possibility of hiring an organist to play at 2-3 11:00am Sunday Masses a month. Mass begins at 11:00am and usually lasts 45-60 minutes. There may also be other opportunities to play at special services, such as the Easter Triduum, some funerals and occasional sacramental services. Most Sunday services you would accompany about four hymns. We would look to negotiate a fee per service.
