Musical Requirements:
We are seeking to hire an organist who will lead the choir and play the organ on Sunday mornings at our main Communion service. We usually have procession music, 4 hymns, a sung Gloria and Sanctus, a choir anthem during Communion, and a recessional voluntary which the congregation listen to.
Our choir is small (5-10) but committed, and rehearse on Thursday evenings at present.
We do also have Choral Evensong monthly, which we presently have an organist for, and for which we attract choir members from further afield.
