- Leading the music at the Sunday morning service from the organ console – 9am rehearsal, 10am service
- Playing for Sunday evening services as they develop
- Playing for regular festival services (Advent Carol Service, Crib Service, Midnight Mass, Nine Lessons and Carols, Ash Wednesday, Paschal Triduum, Ascension, All Souls)
- Acting as mentor for the organ scholar
- Foster relationships with the choir and wider church community
- Work closely with the Exec. DoM in growth of the musical community at Holy Trinity, Roehampton
- First refusal regarding any further organ playing commitments in the church (weddings, funerals etc.)
- May use the church and organ as a practice/rehearsal space with confirmation of church availability from the Exec. DoM
- Maintain a high level of music making from the organ console at all services at Holy Trinity, Roehampton
- Continue to develop the choir at church on a Sunday morning
- Maintain strong relationships with the choir and wider church community
- £32,500 pa pro rata
