Musical Requirements:
We are a traditional congregation whose regular pattern of worship is a sung mass with Murray most commonly used.
The right person would play every Sunday and be available for occasional offices, and we can have many funerals in the year.
We want the organist to choose hymns, incorporate different and new music, and support our small but willing choir.
Other details:
We are looking for someone to help shape our worshipping life in music, introduce new music and mass settings, and be a safe pair of hands to do what we need in our ordinary services. We are a friendly congregation and would welcome any applicant into the church's social life as well, especially for a cup of tea after the service.
The church is part of the Mynydd Bedwellte Ministry Area, so you may be able to play for other occasional offices in those churches if you wish.
Occasional office fees are negotiated with you and usually in the region of £100.
